What to Expect After You Reach Out
Every email that reaches our team receives a personal response from a real person. We do not use automated chatbots for initial replies.
Our team operates during standard US business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time). Messages received outside business hours get processed the next working day.
For urgent security concerns or active emergencies, please call 911 or your local emergency number. Dcaged does not provide emergency monitoring or response services. If you currently have a monitored alarm system, contact your monitoring company directly.
